Support and Customer Service Representative

 

DotGolf is seeking a Support and Customer Service representative to join our support team in a unique niche industry.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who looking to establish themselves as a key member of our amazing customer support team. The position is advertised as a permanent full time role 5 days per week, although depending on circumstances, there is the potential for flexible working hours. We are a passionate team, and if you have a passion for golf and customer service, we can reward you with some great company benefits, a modern office and stand-up desk working environment, based in Albany on the North Shore.

 

You will require excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic personality that relates well with people. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to problem solve, multi-task and work independently, but who at the same time is a team player. You will need to be comfortable with computers, possess outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, and a quick learner to enable you to support a wide range of software systems. Experience in remote support systems, training users, and written documentation of systems is advantageous. Passionate about sport with an interest in golf is ideal but not a game breaker.

 

Salary package will be based on skills and/or any experience, and will also include attractive benefits.
